The word ‘terroir’ refers to a combination of factors such as climate, soil, and vineyard topography. It constitutes, together with the vines and the expertise of the winegrower, one of a wine’s key differentiation factors. The soil of our vineyards, all situated within a radius of 4 km of the village of Ahn, is made up essentially of shell limestone renowned for producing fine and distinguished wines.
